Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped with Australia Post and you will recieve a tracking link number as soon as your order has been dispatched. Our team will work hard to process your order next day and shipping times will be outlined on your order confirmation. Sunnipets does not take any responsibilty for shipping delays. 

If your order is taking longer than expected firstly you should check your tracking number and follow up with the shipping company.  Our customer service team can assist if you are still having trouble locating your order. please reach out to our team at hello@sunnipets.com. 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If for any reason we are unable to provide you with your purchased items, we may cancel your order. Should this occur, our team will contact you immediately to let you know. Customers are not entitled to seek any compensation outside of the refunded product costs as a result of such a cancelation.
